Michigan, Wisconsin and Missouri: named instruments now on file for pharmacists and NPs
This week our research renamed the instrument in four states and added a named pharmacist instrument in Michigan, Missouri and Wisconsin. Illinois drops the written-agreement requirement for pharmacists.
