Qualifications
Physician or APRN licensed in New Hampshire, with training/experience commensurate with the services the center offers, as determined by the governing body.
Duties the rule assigns
- Development and approval of the center's procedures and policies
- Development of protocols for referring patients whose needs exceed the center's scope
- Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of patient care
- Providing medical direction, consultation, and supervision to the professional staff
- Serves as laboratory director for any onsite testing, unless the facility holds a separate He-P 808 laboratory license
