Notes

Two distinct, separately-codified requirements bundled here: (1) 63 O.S. ยง 1-865.21 requires assisted-living-facility medical care to be under a physician with no financial stake in the facility โ€” this is an assisted-living-TIER requirement, not merely an echo of the federal nursing-home rule; (2) OAC 310:675-13-4 separately requires nursing/specialized facilities to designate a medical director, which tracks the federal SNF requirement (42 CFR 483.75(i)) already in force nationwide.
