Applies to licensed facilities for skilled nursing (NAC 449.74513). NV's separate 'Residential Facilities for Groups' rule (assisted living, NAC 449.7042 et seq.) and 'Homes for Individual Residential Care' have no equivalent medical-director requirement โ confirmed by a full-text search of those chapters finding zero hits for the term. Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (a separate NV facility type) also have no medical-director requirement in their own subchapter.
