Qualifications

Physician licensed in Mississippi; American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) or American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) certified, or a comparable accreditation approved by the Department of Mental Health; must hold a DEA registration for prescribing opioid treatment medication.
